Foraging Doula

My name is Lucie, I am a pregnancy and birth doula and a member of the Scottish Doula Network. I live in Edinburgh and I support families in Lothians, Falkirk and parts of Scottish Borders, Lanarkshire and Fife.

By definition, a doula is

"a person, usually a woman, who is not medically trained but who gives help and support to a woman during pregnancy and during and after the birth of her baby"

Every woman needs different kinds of support on this journey as she navigates the choices available during pregnancy and birth. Whether you are planning a home birth or getting ready for a c-section, my role is to support you and your family on your path. The doula services I offer are an invitation to consider what you need most as you go through your pregnancy, birth and postpartum period.
